 Holmes & Co has a 7 day returns policy on
all non-sale items sold in store. The 7-day period begins from the date the
customer takes possession of a purchased item. 

Items returned within this period can either be refunded, exchanged, or given an
instore credit.  A returned item can be exchanged for any product of the same value or used as a credit towards an item of higher value.  If an item is exchanged for an item of a lesser value a shop credit will be given.

 All returns must be accompanied with proof of purchase and will only be accepted in as new condition with all tags, labelling and/or packaging intact.

 Freight charges are not creditable.  It is the customer’s responsibility to freight the item(s) back to Holmes & Co. A credit/refund will only be given, or replacement items sent on the safe arrival of the items to Holmes & Co. The item(s) remain the property of the purchaser until returned to Holmes & Co.

A freight charge will apply for the shipment of any new item(s) to the customer.

 Please notify us prior to returning the item(s) so we can discuss the options for both the product that you wish to replace and the freight charges.
